How can I switch or adjust my subscription plan?

To switch or update your subscription, simply visit the pricing page within our application. There you will find the option to 'Manage My Subscription' where you can make the necessary adjustments.

What support options are available if I encounter issues?

Support response times vary based on your subscription level:

 

Silver Subscription: Basic support with responses within 3-4 hours during office hours (6 AM to 8 PM Arizona time).


Gold Subscription: Enhanced support with responses within 2-3 hours during office hours (6 AM to 8 PM Arizona time).


Platinum Subscription: Priority support with responses within 1-2 hours during office hours (6 AM to 8 PM Arizona time).


Please note: Outside of office hours, we are still available to assist you, but we cannot guarantee responses within the specified timeframes for each subscription level.
